Terms of Use

Last updated: May 19, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Admelo and related services (the "Service") provided by Challenging Apps LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Admelo helps you manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising workflows, including analytics, campaign drafting, publishing, chat-assisted operations, and optimization features. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. The Service depends on third-party platforms (especially Meta) and may be unavailable when those platforms are down, rate-limited, or change their APIs.

Who may use the Service

Admelo is built for advertisers and marketing teams (business use). Individual users may also sign up if they operate their own Meta ad account (including personal ad accounts permitted by Meta). If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Notify us promptly at support@admelo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Meta and third-party platforms

If you connect a Meta ad account, you authorize us to access and act on that account only when you direct us to in the Service, subject to Meta's terms and policies. You represent that you have the right to connect the account and that your ads, creatives, and targeting comply with applicable law and platform policies.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving anything that goes live on Meta, for all ad spend, and for compliance with Meta's rules. We are not responsible for ad spend, billing with Meta, ad approvals or rejections, account warnings or bans, delivery, reach, conversions, return on ad spend, or any other advertising performance or outcome. Meta and other third parties process data under their own policies—we do not control their systems.

AI-assisted features

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, copy, targeting ideas, or actions. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You must review all recommendations before applying them, especially before publishing or changing live campaigns. We do not guarantee results from AI features or from any advertising activity.

Acceptable use and fair use

The Service is for normal advertising and marketing workflows through the features we provide. You must use it in good faith and within any usage limits shown in the product, on our pricing page, or in your plan. We apply technical rate limits (for example on AI chat, Meta API calls, and other features) to protect the Service and our providers.

You agree not to:

If we reasonably believe you have violated this section or pose a risk to the Service, other users, or our providers, we may throttle, restrict, or suspend your access immediately, with or without notice, and without refund for the current billing period where permitted by law. You remain responsible for your Meta ad spend and for any harm or third-party costs caused by your misuse, subject to the indemnification and liability sections below.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices and features may change with notice where required. You may cancel through your subscription settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law. Taxes may apply. Free trials or promotional offers may have additional terms shown at signup.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, software, branding, and content we provide, except for your content and third-party materials. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation.

Confidentiality

You may receive non-public information about the Service. You agree not to disclose it except as required by law or with our consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your connected ad accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account and request deletion of associated data, email support@admelo.com from your account email. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law or a platform partner. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service lies in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
